Users
CRM users list, roles, and settings.
This subsection displays the list of all CRM users — Users. Depending on the role and access level, you can create, edit, delete users, and manage their settings here.

To create a new user, click the Add User button and fill out the form. All fields are required.

After filling out the form, share the login details with the user. Important: the email must not already be in use in the system, and you cannot create two accounts with the same name.
The following roles are available in the CRM:
- Admin;
- Saport;
- Affiliate-manager;
- Teamlead;
- Financier;
- Web Master (most often used to create accounts for third-party teams; also has a token-issuing function);
- Buyer;
- Tech-specialist.
You can change a user's password in the account settings.

The user profile typically includes tabs for personal information, settings, notifications, CRM login history, permissions, and in some cases — postback and payouts.

The Personal Info tab does not contain the password but includes the main user data specified at account creation: first name, last name, email, and CRM role.

The User Settings tab contains additional parameters that may vary depending on the user's role. In most cases, they are related to the role's core functionality.

The Notifications tab is responsible for configuring Telegram notifications for a specific user. Here you can configure notifications only for individual events.

Sessions displays the user's CRM login history. Here you can view the device, browser, IP address, fingerprint, location, session creation date, last activity date, and the user's user-agent.

Permissions is used to configure the visibility of individual parameters in the CRM. The set of available permissions varies depending on the user's role.

The Payout tab is used for statistics and financial calculations for the buyer and team lead roles.
Here you configure the profit percentage based on profit range. For each percentage, you set minimum and maximum profit values. If the profit falls within the specified range, the corresponding percentage is applied automatically.

The Postback tab is responsible for configuring a user's personal postback. Here you can configure postbacks separately for leads and conversions.

The Validation tab is available for the Web Master role and contains two checkboxes. The first is responsible for accepting leads with an invalid email. The second — for accepting all duplicates, even if duplicate rejection is enabled in the CRM.
