Blacklist
Block leads from specific IPs and User-Agents.
This section lets you block lead submissions from specific IP addresses and User-Agents. Blocking is performed based on the values of the server from which the submission was made. This allows you to restrict lead submissions from scammers' servers, their landing pages, or CRMs.

Important: some CRMs host clients on the same server. When blocking an IP address, there is a risk of accidentally blocking other partners who use the same server.
When blocking by User-Agent, you also need to consider that in some cases the system reads the User-Agent not of the server, but of the lead itself who followed the auto-login link. If the User-Agent looks more like a user one, it is better not to block it, as this may result in losing part of the traffic. Blocking is recommended only when you are certain that the data belongs specifically to the partner's server.
You can view the User-Agent and IP of a specific partner in the lead card, on the Anti Fraud tab.
