Fraud Leads

Protection against fraud leads through IP limits and blocking.

This section, together with the "Is Lead Fingerprint period exist" setting in the Duplicate Leads tab, is designed to combat fraud leads.

The first setting is "Is Lead IP Fraud period exist". It lets you set a limit on the number of leads from the same IP that can reach a brand within the specified period.

For example, in this case only 3 leads with the same IP can reach the brand within one hour.

The following settings let you block specific phones, emails, and names from being sent to the brand. One parameter is entered per line.

The ability to block names is worth highlighting separately. It is useful not only for protection against competitor attacks, but also for combating joke submissions — for example, by blocking offensive words in names.
